Cozy is the perfect way to describe this home! We felt like we were instantly at home the second we arrived to this A-Frame. Our family of five absolutely loved the space, and spent hours swimming off the dock. The kayaks were perfect too for exploring. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway.

This place is an absolute gem! Located right on the water, it’s perfect for enjoying all kinds of lake activities, and it’s just minutes from downtown. The grocery store is conveniently down the street, and there’s even a great music store nearby for anyone interested. I highly recommend it!

This little cabin couldn't have been more perfect for my little family. We have two autistic little boys so when we travel we don't like going out in public spaces because it can be a little overwhelming for them. We loved that they were able to go right out and just swim off the dock. It was beautiful our entire stay. The grocery store is just right around the corner which was nice since we made most of our meals at the air bnb. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we even used the grill a few nights. The beds were super comfortable and it felt like I was sinking into a cloud. The cabin is also located close to a few state parks that have the most gorgeous hiking trails. Also, if you're in town you need to go get fried pies from Morrisons. It's a must! We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can make it back.

We loved this place! It was the perfect little spot for our mini vacay. The A frame was so cute and the fact that it was on the lake made it that much better! We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view. However, beware of the stairs. We had no issues, but they are very steep and could possibly cause issues for others. The beds were comfortable & we very much enjoyed our time!

This cabin on the water was the PERFECT spot for me and hubby’s weekend get away!!! Landon was immediately responsive. The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. It seemed very spacious for the size! All instructions were clear. It’s a short, easy drive to the main part of town with plenty to do. I would highly recommend this place and we look forward to our next visit!!!

The Cozy Cabin was a real treat for a one night get away “Girl’s Trip.” The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We enjoyed the amazing view of the lake, and quiet surroundings. Landon did a great job of communicating with us on check in, and check out. Looking forward to our next visit to the Cozy Cabin.

The Cozy Cove was wonderful! it was just my husband and I, and I feel this spot is great for a couples getaway or small family! It was very clean & kept up. Just as described! and Landon was very responsive and answered all questions, even gave recommendations!

Absolutely beautiful soundings! Right on the lake. We unfortunately stayed during a very rainy /stormy weekend, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside. However, there were games available to use and streaming services. The sectional was the perfect cozy hangout. Everything was very clean. Loved that they had USB plugs everywhere so you could always charge your devices. Just an all around great stay for a girls weekend trip! It’s a peaceful location, but very close to everything in town.

If you want the loveliest A frame cabin on a lake, this is it! Incredibly charming! They have thought of every corner (angle) of the place. Fully stocked kitchen amenities, beautiful scenery and easy lake access! My husband and three kids loved this spot. It was really close to gas and groceries and downtown Hot Springs. Felt safe and clean and cozy.

This cabin was a perfect opportunity for our family to connect and relax. We loved the kayaks and the great fishing dock. There are multiple places to lounge and view the water. It is a great place for couples, families with older children, or a group of friends.
