A beautiful tiny house all to yourself with a porch, a fire pit, and a nice little yard. Our pups will greet you if they’re out when you’re out! We have a standard poodle and a Shih-poo who take price in greeting our guests! Located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood atop a ridge. So many things to do around the tiny house. It's a great location! It's a short drive to Lake Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, biking trails, hiking trails, downtown Hot Springs, creeks, crystal mining, diamond digging, spas and more! Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood on a ridge with lots of wildlife! Sunshine Store and Cafe, Patty's Down the Road , Mugshots Coffee, & 70 West Food Truck Court are all within 10 minute drives. 70 West Food Court also has a playground for the kiddos!
Guest Access
The whole house is yours with a nice-sized yard and plenty of parking for boats, bikes, motorcycles, or ATVs. We have had lots of families of 4 stay and say they are surprised at how spacious it is!
